As part of the ongoing commitment to training and developing Radiographer Reporting, InHealth Reporting are proud to have recently presented the Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU) Academic Excellence Award for Chest Reporting to Jordan Cheshire, Fluoroscopy Advanced Practitioner Radiographer at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
The Clinical Reporting course is delivered by Canterbury Christ Church University and is approved by the College of Radiographers. The InHealth award for Academic Excellence has been running for the last 5 years, recognising the hard work and dedication of students who are studying the Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Reporting.
The course involves an intensive year of study, both within the university and clinical departments, with successful students having to balance their ongoing full-time practice with their study and home lives, frequently studying in their own time.
Throughout the course, students have the invaluable support of both their clinical department and Radiologist colleagues in order to successfully complete their studies, which is reflected in the high success rate of students within this course.
During the ceremony, which took place on Thursday 8th September at East Surrey Hospital, the award was presented to Jordan by James Dennis – Head of Reporting at InHealth and Harry Crist – Business Development Manager at InHealth, who were both there to celebrate Jordan’s achievements.
